1. No Returns

The item in question must remain in pristine condition, meaning it should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, odors, or alterations. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging and condition to qualify for an exchange.

As these items are reserved for future release, they are similarly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 4. Defective or Incorrect Items
